采用常规治疗的基础上加用低强度He－Ne激光血管内照射，治疗肺性脑病21例，结果7天内总有效率达85.7％，显著优于常规治疗的对照组（P＜0．05），且无明显副反应。
21 cases of pulmonary encephalopathy were treated with low-intensity He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation on the basis of routine treatment. The total effective rate was 85.7% within 7 days, which was significantly better than that of the routine treatment group (P <0.05) , And no obvious side effects.
