皮肤平滑度评价已引起人们的浓厚兴趣 ,尤其是在美容研究领域。目前在评价皮肤平滑度方面已建立了一些方法 ,但最近推出的新方法反映出要更精确和实用的需求。在角质层表面超微结构的基础研究中扫描电镜是一种适用方法。一种直接的方法是活体皮肤表面评价。与之相似的间接法则是应用皮肤复制品作光学面形测量。一种有前途的新方法为透光度面形测量皮肤影像仪 ,用于显示皮肤病的皮肤显微立体特征 ,或者在应用化妆品或药品后对皮肤表面局部解剖作时间 -依赖的动态测量。
Skin smoothness evaluation has aroused great interest, especially in the field of beauty research. Some methods have been established for the evaluation of skin smoothness, but recently introduced new methods reflect more precise and practical needs. In the basic research on the ultrastructure of cuticular surface, SEM is a suitable method. A direct method is the evaluation of living skin surface. A similar indirect rule is the use of skin replicas for optical surface measurement. A promising new method is the translucent profilometry skin imaging instrument, which is used to show microscopic three-dimensional features of the dermatosis skin or to make a time-dependent dynamic measurement of the local anatomy of the skin surface after application of the cosmetic or medicinal product.
