机翼-机身连接接头是飞机的重要部分,在飞机设计时,必须对其进行强度校核。文章针对某型机翼-机身接头,利用有限元软件进行接触分析。分析结果表明,螺栓所受最大等效应力为1610MPa,耳片所受最大应力产生在耳片内侧孔壁,最大等效应力为2140MPa,超过材料的弹性极限,材料进入塑性区。实验结果与分析结果误差在30%以内,为工程的认可范围,而且接头各部件的应力分布与理论分析相符。文中采用的方法可为机翼-机身连接接头结构及材料在设计中的应用提供理论依据,并为设计的改进提供关键数据。
Wing - fuselage connector is an important part of the aircraft, the aircraft design, its intensity must be checked. In this paper, a certain type of wing - fuselage joints, the use of finite element software for contact analysis. The results show that the maximum equivalent stress of the bolt is 1610MPa. The maximum stress of the ear is generated in the inner wall of the ear. The maximum equivalent stress is 2140MPa, which exceeds the elastic limit of the material and the material enters into the plastic zone. The experimental results and the analysis results are within 30%, which is the approved range of the project. Moreover, the stress distribution of each part of the joint is consistent with the theoretical analysis. The method used in this paper can provide theoretical basis for the application of the structure of wing-fuselage joint and the design of materials, and provide the key data for the improvement of design.
