目的:探讨多酶清洗剂在提高医疗器械清洗质量中的作用。方法:随机选取我院受到同种污染的1000件医疗器械,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组使用多酶清洗剂,对照组使用常规的清洗剂,取出器械后均使用流动水进行冲洗,比较两组的清洗效果。结果:观察组清洗的合格率是97.8%,而对照组合格率是89%,两组清洗效果差异比较明显(P<0.05)。观察组在清洗过程中,有着明显的便捷优势,节省了时间和人力,也起着增强器械光洁度、降低损耗的作用。结论:多酶清洗剂能有效提高医疗器械的清洗质量,值得广泛应用。
Objective: To explore the role of multi-enzyme cleaning agent in improving the cleaning quality of medical devices. Methods: A total of 1000 medical devices contaminated by the same species in our hospital were randomly selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. In the observation group, more enzyme cleaning agents were used. In the control group, conventional cleaning agents were used. Rinse, compare the two groups of cleaning effect. Results: The qualified rate of cleaning in the observation group was 97.8%, while that of the control group was 89%. The cleaning effect of the two groups was significantly different (P <0.05). Observation group in the cleaning process, has obvious advantages and convenience, saving time and manpower, but also plays a role in enhancing instrument finish, reduce wear and tear. Conclusion: The multi-enzyme cleaning agent can effectively improve the cleaning quality of medical devices, which deserves wide application.
