目的:建立一种简单、快速、准确的检验方法筛查出祛痘类中药制剂中是否非法添加盐酸克林霉素。方法:采用高效毛细管电泳法,以50 mmol/L磷酸二氢钾-甲醇(95∶5)溶液为电泳介质;未涂层熔融石英毛细管(55 cm×75μm,有效长度50 cm);进样压力8 kPa,10 s;分离电压28 kV;检测波长210 nm。结果:克林霉素的线性方程为Y=52106.88X+143.569,r=0.9998,克林霉素浓度在0.003~0.116 mg/mL范围与峰面积线性关系良好。市售某祛痘类中药护肤品及化妆品中检出盐酸克林霉素平均含量分别为0.065%和0.014%。结论:建立的检测方法简单、快速、准确,能应用于这一类药物的快速检测。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a simple, rapid and accurate test method to screen out whether clindamycin hydrochloride is added illegally in Chinese medicine preparation for removing acne. Methods: High-performance capillary electrophoresis was used as the electrophoresis medium in 50 mmol / L potassium hydrogen phosphate-methanol (95: 5) solution. Uncoated fused silica capillary tube (55 cm × 75 μm, effective length 50 cm) 8 kPa, 10 s; separation voltage 28 kV; detection wavelength 210 nm. Results: The linear equation of clindamycin was Y = 52106.88X + 143.569, r = 0.9998. Clindamycin had a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.003-0.116 mg / mL. A commercially available anti-acne herbal skin care products and cosmetics detected clindamycin hydrochloride were 0.065% and 0.014%, respectively. Conclusion: The established detection method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be applied to the rapid detection of these drugs.
