煤炭是我国重要的基础能源和工业原料,陕北侏罗纪煤田以煤层稳定、储量巨大、煤质优良、开采条件优越而引起世人的瞩目。而钻进技术是煤炭地质勘探的主要手段,在煤炭生产中占有重要地位,钻头又在钻探中起着至关重要的作用,故钻头类型的选择是否合理、使用措施是否得当,不仅影响钻进速度,而且影响钻进成本。文章针对研究区煤系地层软硬互层的地层特征研究分析,得出适宜该区地层的钻头优选方案。
Coal is an important basic energy and industrial raw material in our country. The Jurassic coalfield in northern Shaanxi has attracted worldwide attention due to its stable coal bed, huge reserves, excellent coal quality and superior mining conditions. The drilling technology is the main method of coal geological exploration, which plays an important role in coal production. Drilling bit plays a crucial role in drilling. Therefore, whether the selection of drill bit type is reasonable or not and whether the use measure is appropriate will not only affect the drilling Speed, but also affect drilling costs. In this paper, based on the research on stratigraphic features of soft and hard interbeds in the coal measure strata of the study area, the optimal drill bit scheme for the strata in this area is obtained.
