[目的]用项目反应理论分析慢性病患者生命质量测定量表体系共性模块(QLICD-GM)每个条目的难度与区分度。[方法]用QLICD-GM量表对8种慢性病1024名患者进行测试,采用项目反应理论中的塞姆吉玛等级反应模型计算每个条目的难度、区分度系数,采用MULTILOG软件进行计算和作图。[结果]30个条目的区分度都在1.17~1.88之间,每个条目从1~4级呈单向递增,难度参数为-2.88~2.27。[结论]慢性病患者生命质量测定量表体系共性模块具有较好的难度和区分度,均不存在逆反阈值,可以作为我国慢性病患者生命质量的测评工具。
[Objective] To analyze the difficulty and discrimination of each item of QLICD-GM in chronic disease patients by using project response theory. [Methods] Totally 1024 patients with 8 chronic diseases were tested by QLICD-GM scale. The difficulty, degree of discrimination coefficient of each item was calculated by using the Semimax-level reaction model in the project response theory. The software was used to calculate and make use of MULTILOG Figure [Result] The discrimination degree of 30 items all ranged from 1.17 to 1.88. Each entry showed a one-way increase from grade 1 to 4 with the difficulty parameter of -2.88-2.27. [Conclusion] The common module of quality of life measurement in patients with chronic diseases has good difficulty and discrimination, and there is no inverse threshold, which can be used as a measure of quality of life in patients with chronic diseases in China.
