目的 :研究对乙酰氨基酚溶液家兔经皮直流电离子导入时血药浓度 -时间曲线的变化。方法 :将对乙酰氨基酚的饱和水溶液在家兔腹部进行经皮离子导入 ,控制电流强度为 0 .1 m A/cm2 ,定时取血测定血药浓度变化。结果 :施加直流电导入后能使药物在家兔血中迅速达到有效浓度 ,血药浓度 -时间曲线较为平稳 ,停止导入则使血药浓度迅速下降。结论 :在家兔体内的研究表明 ,对乙酰氨基酚能在电流作用下经过皮肤进入体循环 ,并在较长时间内产生稳定的释药 ,维持有效血药浓度。
OBJECTIVE: To study the change of plasma concentration-time curve during the transcutaneous DC ionization of paracetamol in rabbits. Methods: The saturated aqueous solution of paracetamol was introduced into the abdomen of rabbits by percutaneous iontophoresis, the control current intensity was 0.1 m A / cm2. Results: After the direct current was applied, the drug could reach the effective concentration in rabbits’ blood quickly. The plasma concentration - time curve was stable. When it was stopped, the blood concentration dropped rapidly. CONCLUSIONS: Studies in rabbits show that paracetamol can pass through the skin into the systemic circulation under current and produce stable release over a long period of time, maintaining an effective plasma concentration.
