2010年,铜仁市率先在全省开展以民主考评科、股、站、所长活动为切入点的机关作风和效能建设,积极探索和创新绩效考核评价机制,着力解决机关执行不力、效率低下、“庸懒散乱”、“不作为、乱作为、慢作为”、损害群众利益和影响发展环境的突出问题,促进机关单位提速增效。通过工作的开展,在提升广大干部职工执行力和服务力的同时,发展环境得到了进一步优化。
