提出用微波炉- 烘箱法, 简称 W B- H X 法是提高测定木材含水率效率的方法。这一方法分两步使试样达全干。第一步应用微波干燥原理使试样在微波炉中快速初步干燥, 第二步使试样在烘箱中恒温烘至全干。得出云南松木材试样的干燥参数是: 第一步用低档微波加热3 分钟、在炉内保温2 分钟; 第二步在 (103 ±2) ℃下恒温干燥2 小时。 W B- H X 法比常规的烘箱干燥法缩短测定时间约7 小时, 总测定时间4 ~6 小时; 测定结果与国标法值差的平均值为008 % ; 平行试样值差为02 % , 测定精度与国标法相同; 约降低分析成本50 % ; 操作方便。
The microwave oven-oven method, referred to as W-HX method, is proposed to improve the efficiency of determining the moisture content of wood. This method in two steps to make the sample up to dry. The first step is the principle of microwave drying so that the sample quickly and preliminarily dried in a microwave oven, the second step so that the sample was oven-baked to dry. The drying parameters of P. yunnanensis wood samples were obtained as follows: the first step was to heat for 3 minutes in the low-grade microwave and the inside of the furnace for 2 minutes; the second step to dry it in the oven at (103 ± 2) ℃ for 2 hours. W B-H X method than the conventional oven drying shortening the determination of time of about 7 hours, the total determination of time 4 to 6 hours; measured results and the national standard deviation of the average value of 0 08%; parallel sample value is 0 2%, the same measurement accuracy and national standard; about 50% lower analysis costs; easy to operate.
