在对预应力橡胶隔震支座(PRB)进行水平和竖向单调静力加载试验基础上,研究了其竖向刚度和水平刚度等力学性能及变化规律,对适用于计算普通橡胶隔震支座(RB)的竖向刚度公式进行修正,同时提出PRB水平刚度的简化计算方法。此外,通过对PRB进行反复加载试验,研究了其水平滞回耗能性能。研究结果表明,PRB竖向刚度趋于常数,但其计算公式不能沿用适应于RB竖向刚度计算公式;PRB的水平刚度为变刚度,这有利于地震时的水平限位;与RB相比,PRB具有较好的耗能能力。
Based on the horizontal and vertical monotonic static loading tests on prestressed rubber bearings (PRB), the mechanical properties and variation rules of vertical stiffness and horizontal stiffness are studied. (RB) vertical stiffness formula to be corrected, at the same time proposed PRB horizontal stiffness simplified calculation method. In addition, by repeatedly loading the PRB, the horizontal hysteretic energy dissipation performance was studied. The results show that the vertical stiffness of PRB tends to be constant, but its formula can not be used to calculate the vertical stiffness of RB. The horizontal stiffness of PRB is variable stiffness, which is beneficial to the horizontal limit of earthquakes. Compared with RB, PRB has a good power consumption.
