阐述一种通过延长老化时间拓宽沸石MCM-22硅铝比范围(30~100)的合成方法,并对静态法合 成高硅沸石分子筛MCM-22的合成条件进行了较详细的研究,考察了不同硅源、配比及凝胶老化时间 对MCM-22合成的影响,合成出了不同聚集形貌的、高质量的MCM-22产物.研究结果表明,老化时间 可以影响MCM-22的晶体成核过程,延长老化时间可能促使凝胶组成均匀化,避免杂晶生成,从而拓宽 了MCM-22的硅铝比范围.
In this paper, a synthesis method of broadening the range of silica to alumina ratio (30 ~ 100) of zeolite MCM-22 by extending the aging time is described. The synthesis conditions of the high-molecular zeolite MCM-22 synthesized by static method are studied in more detail. Silica source, ratio and gelation aging time on the synthesis of MCM-22, MCM-22 products with different aggregated morphology were synthesized.The results show that aging time can affect the crystal nucleation of MCM-22 Process, prolonging the aging time may promote the homogenization of the gel composition and avoid the formation of hybrid crystals, thereby broadening the range of Si / Al ratio of MCM-22.
