以苯酚、甲醛、四乙烯五胺进行缩聚反应可制得弱碱型离子交换树脂。选用适当致孔剂以悬浮聚合可合成大孔珠状缩聚型树脂。本文研兖了NaCl、K_2SO_4、KCl、NaHCO_3、CaCl_2、甲醇、正丁醇及异丙醇等致孔剂对产物的比表面,平均孔径、孔容等孔结构参数的影响。本文还研究了骨架密度,原料配比等与树脂离子交换当量之间的关系。试验表明,致孔剂用量对树脂性能有一定影响。通过速度交换曲线可看出,大孔缩聚型树脂与凝胶型相比具有优良的动力学性能。
With phenol, formaldehyde, tetraethylene pentamine polycondensation reaction can be made of weak base type ion exchange resin. Use appropriate porogen to suspension polymerization can be synthesized macroporous beads polycondensation resin. The effects of NaCl, K 2 SO 4, KCl, NaHCO 3, CaCl 2, methanol, n-butanol and isopropanol on the specific surface area, average pore diameter and pore volume of the product were studied in this paper. The paper also studied the relationship between the skeleton density, raw material ratio and resin ion exchange equivalent. Experiments show that the amount of porogen has a certain impact on the resin properties. It can be seen from the velocity exchange curve that the macroporous polycondensation resin has excellent kinetic performance compared with the gel type.
