新形势下高校工会维权的实质在于充分发挥高校工会的协调职能,解决人民内部矛盾。同时由于高校工会维权工作在新时期呈现出多层次性及高校职工的高素质,因此需要维权工作呈现出多层次性和高水平。基于高校工会新形势下的新特点,高校工会维权工作必须贯彻落实科学发展观,转变工作思路,建立起工会维权的源头参与机制、监督机制、信息沟通机制、应急机制、学习机制等系统的、配套的长效维权机制。
