熔模铸造铸件尺寸精度对保证铸件的装配精度,提高使用寿命有很重要的意义。通过对型壳微观结构以及型壳焙烧过程中不同阶段的变形机理的研究,得到了型壳高温焙烧过程中变形特点。借助有限元分析软件,运用合理的材料本构模型对型壳进行了仿真分析,得到了型壳变形的有限元仿真模型。最后通过对三组不同的实验与仿真结果进行对比,验证了模型的正确性。
Casting casting dimensional accuracy casting to ensure the assembly accuracy, improve service life is very important. Through the study of the microstructure of the shell and the deformation mechanism in different stages of the shell roasting process, the deformation characteristics of the shell during the high temperature roasting process were obtained. With finite element analysis software, using a reasonable material constitutive model of the shell was simulated and analyzed, the deformation of the shell was obtained by the finite element simulation model. Finally, by comparing the results of three different experiments and simulations, the correctness of the model is verified.
