以3种ACC脱氨酶细菌和“神州粉冠”番茄为试材,在与水平面所成角度为0°和90°的培养皿中,采用2层滤纸夹种子的三明治形式培养番茄幼苗4d,测量了番茄幼苗的根长和下胚轴长,研究接菌时间和重力效应在幼苗生长上所产生的影响。结果表明:2种摆放方式在幼苗的根长和下胚轴长上产生具显著性差异的效果,90°比0°在根长上增加42.8%,下胚轴长增加58.8%,说明重力因素在幼苗的生长中具有重要影响;90°组中,筛选到的ACC脱氨酶细菌菌体悬浮液在番茄种子萌发前和萌发后接菌的试验结果显示,2种接菌过程对番茄幼苗的根长和下胚轴长的影响存在差异,说明促进生长的效应对种子的接菌时间存在依赖性,并且和细菌本身的ACC脱氨酶活性存在相关性。
