目的探讨DVD手术后如何保持眼球运动的共同性。方法3例双眼DVD病人,单眼DVD倾向明显,第一次手术行患眼上直肌后徙7～8mm,术后1～6月,对侧眼表现DVD同时出现下斜肌功能亢进,我们选择对侧眼下斜肌后徙转位术。结果3例病人双眼DVD得到控制,同时获得眼球运动的共同性。结论采用双眼DVD非对称手术设计理念,可以达到既矫正DVD又避免因手术而引起的眼球运动的非共同性,有利于双眼单视功能的建立。
Objective To explore how to maintain the commonality of eye movement after DVD surgery. Methods In 3 patients with binocular DVD, the tendency of monocular DVD was obvious. In the first operation, the patients were affected with rectus 7 ~ 8mm after rectus oculomotor operation. From January to June after operation, contralateral eye showed DVD with simultaneous hypothalamic hyperactivity. Opposite eyes oblique back after the shift surgery. Results Three patients with binocular DVD were controlled, at the same time get the eye movement commonality. Conclusion The concept of non-symmetrical operation of the two-eye DVD can achieve the non-commonality of both the eye movement and the two-eye correction, which can both rectify the DVD and avoid the eye movement caused by the operation.
