由于辛可那树皮和青蒿素对抗性恶性疟有治疗作用,所以植物是抗疟药的重要来源。本文简要介绍非洲苦木属植物的抗疟作用。作者采用改良的~3H标记的次黄嘌呤摄入技术,测试鸦胆子的提取物quassinoid,bruceantin(I),bruceantinol和bruceine A对恶性疟利物浦株的作用,结果发现它具有高度抗疟活性,IC_(50)(50%抑制浓度)为0.015μg/ml,试用0.6mg鸦胆子素(bruceantin)纯品作用于尼日利亚的Wellcome/利物浦株、赞比亚的RFCR3株和PK1/G6株,结果对这3株恶性疟的IC_(50)无明显差异,其平均值为1.46±0.48×10~(-8)mol/l(0.0076±0.0025
Plants are an important source of anti-malarial drugs due to the therapeutic effect of shinjina bark and artemisinin against falciparum malaria. This article briefly describes the role of marijuana in malaria in malaria.
