本文推导出了以LiNbO3为衬底的光波导法布里—帕罗调制器的调制灵敏度表达式。分析了调制灵敏度与波导损耗、端面反射率的关系。讨论了入射光谱分布对调制灵敏度的影响,以及波导电极直流偏置电压对保证调制灵敏度的作用。
In this paper, we derive the modulation sensitivity expression of an optical waveguide Fabry-Perot modulator with LiNbO3 as substrate. The relationship between modulation sensitivity and waveguide loss and end face reflectance was analyzed. The effect of the incident spectral distribution on the modulation sensitivity and the effect of the DC bias voltage of the waveguide electrode on the modulation sensitivity are discussed.
