沈阳市房地产交易中心(以下简称“中心”)成立于1995年,是具有独立法人资格的事业单位,内设基层党委、纪委、工会和团委。现有职工135人,其中党员63人,担负着沈阳市房地产抵押、房屋典当、商品房买卖合同备案、房地产转让、协助司法查封等登记业务及对驻场中介机构的管理职能。中心以“培育、建设、规范、繁荣沈阳市房地产市场,促进房地产业发展,拉动沈阳经济增长”为己任,坚持以人为本,励精图治,大胆改革,开拓进取,不断培养三个文明建设的高索质人才;通过完善服务世施,加强制度建设,强化监督怫调,努力忧化三个文明建设的软、硬件环境;通过简化办事程序,规范业务管理,活化服务载体,扩大业务宣传,出台便民举措,大力打造三个文明建设的品牌形象。目前,沈阳市房地产市场已形成了以中心市场为成头、区域市场为骨干的网络健全、服务功能完善的市场体系。中心坚持科学管理,规范服务,积极引导住房消费,为促进我市房地产札场健康繁荣发展发挥了重要的作用。全市房地产交易额从1995年的几亿元增长到2004年的362亿元,增长了40倍:仅中心就占全市交易的77%。全市10年累计交易各类房屋6千多万平方米,人均居住面积由80年代末的5.5平方米提高到现在的2l.6平方米,极大改善了我市居民的居住水平。

The city’s real estate transaction volume increased from several hundred million yuan in 1995 to 36.2 billion yuan in 2004, an increase of 40 times: only the center accounted for 77% of the city’s transactions. The city’s 10-year total transaction of various types of housing more than 60 million square meters, per capita living space from the late 80s 5.5 square meters to the present 21.6 square meters, which has greatly improved the living standards of our city residents.
