目的探讨支气管哮喘患儿心电向量图的变化。方法选择临床上未合并心功能不全的哮喘发作期患儿20例,随机匹配健康儿童20例为对照;用心电自动分析仪描记Frank导联心电向量图,测量F面、H面、LS面QRS环、T环最大向量振幅及方位、QRST夹角、ST向量振幅及方位。微机数理统计。结果哮喘组QRS环时间延长(P<0.01),QRS环、T环最大向量振幅及ST向量振幅增大,其方位偏向左下、左侧与左后,F面QRST夹角增大,多数指标与对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论心电向量图能客观反映支气管哮喘患儿血流动力学变化,哮喘患儿心脏有潜在受损,应引起临床重视
