医疗融资是深港两地医疗保障体制的重要组成部分。目前,深港两地政府仍然是医疗融资的主体。本文从医疗融资政策与管理、来源与渠道、融资水平与趋势等方面,比较了深港两地医疗融资模式的发展变化,并且提出了完善深港两地医疗融资机制的建议。旨在为深港医疗保障制度衔接转移机制与医疗卫生资源共享平台的建立奠定基础。 Medical financing is an important part of the medical security system in Shenzhen and Hong Kong. At present, the two governments in Shenzhen and Hong Kong are still the main body of medical financing. This paper compares the development and changes of medical financing model between Shenzhen and Hong Kong from the aspect of medical financing policies and management, sources and channels, financing levels and trends, and puts forward suggestions to improve the medical financing mechanism in Shenzhen and Hong Kong. It aims to lay the foundation for the establishment of a platform for linking up and transferring the Shenzhen-Hong Kong medical security system and sharing medical and health resources.
