目的:优选玄参中齐墩果酸的超声提取工艺。方法:使用超声波提取法,采用L9(34)正交设计实验,用紫外分光光度法测定齐墩果酸的含量,确定最佳提取工艺条件。结果:优选出齐墩果酸的最佳提取工艺条件是:超声提取30 min,提取3次,80%乙醇溶液,料液比1∶10。结论:采用此工艺提取方法快速、简单、准确。可作为进一步研究玄参提供参考。
Objective: To optimize the ultrasonic extraction of oleanolic acid in figwort. Methods: Ultrasonic extraction method was used to orthogonal test of L9 (34), and the content of oleanolic acid was determined by UV spectrophotometry to determine the optimum extraction conditions. Results: The optimal extraction conditions of oleanolic acid were as follows: ultrasonic extraction for 30 min, extraction for 3 times, 80% ethanol solution and solid-liquid ratio 1:10. Conclusion: This method of extraction is fast, simple and accurate. Can be used as a reference for further study Scrophulariaceae.
