我国应发展以管道和液化天然气方式为主,以吸附天然气(ANG)及压缩天然气为辅的多元化天然气储运模式。文章论述了ANG技术的研究进展和粉体吸附剂的制备、成型过程中的关键问题,提出了降低活化比的4种方法:优选原料、进行原料预处理、改善反应状态和调整活化反应气氛或物料状态。探讨了吸附剂表面化学性质、吸附热效应、吸附气质组成等因素对其使用寿命的影响以及在不同应用领域中的改进措施。结果表明我国已具备独立知识产权和可实施产业化的ANG技术,有望大规模应用于燃气调峰和边远零散气井的开发等方面。
China should develop diversified natural gas storage and transportation modes that are mainly pipeline and liquefied natural gas, supplemented by natural gas (ANG) and compressed natural gas. The article discusses the research progress of ANG technology and the key problems in the process of preparation and molding of powder adsorbent. Four methods to reduce the activation ratio are proposed: optimizing the raw materials, pretreating the raw materials, improving the reaction state and adjusting the activation reaction atmosphere or Material status. The effects of the chemical properties of the adsorbent surface, the adsorption heat effect, the adsorption temperament composition and other factors on its service life and the improvement measures in different application fields are discussed. The results show that our country has independent intellectual property rights and industrialization of the ANG technology is expected to be large-scale application of gas peak shaving and the development of remote scattered gas wells and so on.
