目的探讨建立 Corti 器的三维可视化模型的方法,为进一步建立其力学模型打下基础。方法制备豚鼠 Corti 器标本并行扫描电镜和透射电镜观察。以 Corti 器电镜图像为参照标准,在三维建模软件3DStudio MAX 的支持下,结合多种高级建模方法,创建 Corti 器的三维数字模型。结果成功建立了 Corti 器三维可视化模型,该模型正确展示了 Corti 器三维组成结构及各结构之间的空间位置关系。结论本实验应用电镜图像建立 Corti 器的三维模型的方法是可行的,Corti 器三维模型为研究耳蜗机械力学提供了重要基础。(中国眼耳鼻喉科杂志,2007,7:144-146)
Objective To explore the method of establishing 3D visualization model of Corti device and lay the foundation for further establishment of its mechanical model. Methods Corti specimens were prepared by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. Corti electronic microscope images as a reference standard, in 3D modeling software 3DStudio MAX support, combined with a variety of advanced modeling methods to create three-dimensional Corti digital model. Results The 3D visualization model of Corti was successfully established. The model correctly demonstrated the 3D structure of the Corti and the spatial location of the structures. Conclusion The method of using electromicroscope image to establish three-dimensional model of Corti device is feasible in this experiment. The three-dimensional model of Corti device provides an important foundation for the study of cochlear mechanics. (Chinese Journal of Otorhinolaryngology, 2007,7: 144-146)
