近年,我们应用液氮冷冻治疗传染性软疣32例,疗效满意,报道如下。 1.临床资料 治疗组32例,男13例,女19例;对照组19例,男7例,女12例。治疗方法:治疗组用液氮冷冻法,用LM型冷冻治疗器,根据皮疹大小选择相应大小冷冻头,加压紧贴皮损5～15秒不等,一般做2～3个冻融,以皮损出现红斑充血水肿为度,一周后复查,若有新鲜皮疹出现或原有皮损较大未能一次性脱落者,再做冷冻一次。对照组用外搽碘酊方法。两组均于两周后进行疗效比较。
