一个人的情绪与身体健康有着密切的关系,如果情绪超过了自我调节功能,就会引起疾病。但是,人的情绪是受人的意志支配和制约的,大脑皮层则是控制情绪及外部表现的器官。一般来说,人的情绪是可以进行自我调节的,自我调节情绪的心理方法有以下几种。一、意识调节法。意识可以调节情绪的发生与强度,这个意识指的是自觉的心理活动。也就是对客观现实的自觉反映。大多数人,有知识有教养的人,一般都能很好地调节自己的情绪,约束自己的行为。因此,要调节好自己的情绪,就必须加强学习,扩大知识视野,提高思想觉悟和道德、法制观念。只有这样,才能心平气和地应付外界的各种刺激,使自己保持良好的
