以茼蒿为试材,通过盆栽试验,研究了不同氮、磷、钾肥配比对茼蒿产量与硝酸盐含量的影响。结果表明:施用氮肥的增产效应最好,增产达167%;磷肥增产91.7%;钾肥增产88.5%。氮肥对茼蒿硝酸盐含量的削减效应最强,削减率达23.4%;磷肥削减7.1%;钾肥削减0.4%。采用二次多项式回归方法对试验产量和硝酸盐含量分别进行肥料效应回归模型模拟,得出回归模型为氮、磷、钾三元二次多项式,由此综合茼蒿产量、经济效益和生态效益得到推荐施肥量。
Taking Artemisia selengensis as tested material, pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of different N, P and K fertilizers on yield and nitrate content of Artemisia selengensis. The results showed that the nitrogenous fertilizer had the best stimulation effect, the yield was up to 167%, the phosphate fertilizer increased 91.7% and the potassium fertilizer increased 88.5%. Nitrogen fertilizer had the strongest effect on the reduction of nitrate content in Artemisia selengensis, with a reduction rate of 23.4%, phosphate fertilizer reduction of 7.1% and potassium fertilizer reduction of 0.4%. The quadratic polynomial regression method was used to simulate the yield and nitrate content respectively. The regression model was derived from the three quadratic polynomials of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, and the yield, economic benefits and ecological benefits of Artemisia annua L. Fertilizer amount.
