目的:研究超微粉碎技术与传统提取方法对丹参提取物质量的影响。方法:以重金属、有害元素及丹参酮ⅡA、丹酚酸B为指标,用药典方法及HPLC法进行分析测定,以比较丹参饮片、粗粉、细粉及超微粉对重金属、有害元素及丹参酮ⅡA、丹酚酸B含量的影响。结果:丹参超微粉碎对成分提取率明显高于饮片及粗粉,而重金属及有害元素符合药典规定。结论:超微粉碎技术工艺可提高丹参中成分的提取率,但应注意对重金属及有害元素的检测。
Objective: To study the effects of ultrafine grinding technology and traditional extraction methods on the quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza extract. Methods: The contents of heavy metals, harmful elements, tanshinone ⅡA and salvianolic acid B were determined by pharmacopoeia and HPLC method. The effects of heavy metals, harmful elements and tanshinone ⅡA, Effect of salvianolic acid B content. Results: The extraction rate of the components of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge was significantly higher than that of the radix salviae miltiorrhizae. The heavy metals and harmful elements were in accordance with the regulations of Pharmacopoeia. Conclusion: The technology of ultrafine grinding can improve the extraction rate of Salvia miltiorrhiza components, but attention should be paid to the detection of heavy metals and harmful elements.
