本文主要论述了理性经济人的合作困境及其解决的可能性。重点分析了作为外在强制力的科层制解决合作困境的作用及其局限性。科层制在促进理性个体合作的同时可能会造成更大的合作困境,并且科层制内部本身也存在横向和纵向的合作困难。从社会学和心理学的视角,文章认为走出合作困境需要跳出经济学的简单效率逻辑,更加注重个体动机等社会性因素:一要充分利用文化和惯例等社会规范的“粘合”作用,二要重新认识组织领导权威的作用在于促进合作,三要充分发挥个体自愿协商的来达成合作。
This paper mainly discusses the plight of cooperation of rational economic man and the possibility of its solution. It mainly analyzes the function and limitation of bureaucracy to solve the cooperation dilemma as external coercive force. Bureaucratic system in promoting rational individual cooperation at the same time may result in greater cooperation difficulties, and bureaucratic system itself, there are horizontal and vertical cooperation difficulties. From the perspective of sociology and psychology, the article believes that going out of the cooperation dilemma needs to jump out of the logic of simple efficiency of economics and pay more attention to the social factors such as individual motivation. Firstly, we should make full use of the “glue” role of social norms such as culture and convention Second, we must re-understand the leadership role of organizational leadership is to promote cooperation, and third, we must give full play to individual voluntary consultations to reach cooperation.
