采用固相萃取、液液分配的提取净化方法 ,用配有石英毛细管柱及电子捕获检测器的气相色谱仪 ,一次测定小青菜中 8种类型有机磷、有机氯和拟除虫菊酯农药 (敌敌畏 ,α 六六六 ,β 六六六 ,γ 六六六 ,δ 六六六 ,五氯硝基苯 ,甲基对硫磷 ,三唑酮 ,op′ 滴滴滴 (op′ DDD) ,pp′ 滴滴滴 (pp′ DDD) ,op′ 滴滴涕 (op′ DDT) ,pp′ 滴滴涕 (pp′ DDT) ,氰戊菊酯 ,溴氰菊酯 )的残留量。结果表明 :8种类型农药在 4 0min内可得到很好的分离。检测方法的线性相关系数r≥0 992 0 ,回收率为 70 87%~ 85 85 % ,最低检测限为 0 5 0~ 1 4 0 μg·kg-1 。
Using solid-phase extraction and liquid-liquid extraction and purification methods, a gas chromatograph equipped with a quartz capillary column and an electron capture detector was used to determine the contents of 8 types of organophosphorus, organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticides (dichlorvos, α hexacosamide, β hexacosamide, γ hexacostearate, δ hexacostane, pentachloronitrobenzene, methyl parathion, triadimefon, op ’DDD, pp’ (Pp ’DDD), op’ DDT, pp ’DDT, fenvalerate, deltamethrin). The results showed that 8 types of pesticides can be well separated in 40 min. The linear correlation coefficient of detection method was r ≥ 0 992 0, the recovery rate was 70 87% -85 85%, and the lowest detection limit was 0 0 0 -1 0 4 0 μg · kg -1.
