对首钢第一型材厂活套系统在调试和使用中稳定性、抗干扰性差、调节速度慢等问题进行了分析。根据该厂情况，将活套系统与轧机可控硅系统的参数合理匹配，实现了无张力轧制。
This paper analyzes the problems of stability, poor anti-interference and slow adjustment speed of the first profiled looper system of Shougang Group during commissioning and use. According to the plant situation, the looper system and rolling mill silicon system parameters reasonable match, to achieve a non-tension rolling.
