应用顶空-气相色谱法测定了生活饮用水中25种挥发性卤代烃。取水样10.0 mL,加入氯化钠3g,密封混匀,按规定程序操作,选择顶空平衡温度、平衡时间、进样时间分别为75℃,35 min及0.06 min,氯化钠质量浓度为300g·L~(-1),用D13-1701毛细管色谱柱(30m×0.32 mm,0.25μm)分离,电子捕获检测器检测。25种挥发性卤代烃在一定的质量浓度范围内与其峰面积呈线性,检出限(3S/N)在0.002~1.3μg~L~(-1)之间,测定下限(10S/N)在0.01~4.45μg·L~(-1)之间。在3个浓度水平上做回收试验,测得回收率在92.0%~106%之间,相对标准偏差((n=6)在3.0%~6.3%之间。
