由于交通运输用油和作为化工原料的油品的高速增长,加上2009年相对较低的增长基数,推高了2010年中国石油消费增长率的整体水平。尽管全国石油需求引人瞩目地提升了9.6%,但其增长速度仍然低于炼油能力和加工量的扩张速度,2010年中国油品市场供应状况在多数时间是供过于求的。而秋季发生的“柴油荒”原因可谓众多,但归根结底应当是近两年来中国油品市场上,柴油需求和供应逐渐走向失衡所致。
Due to the rapid growth of oil for transportation and oil as a chemical raw material, coupled with the relatively low growth base in 2009, the overall level of China’s oil consumption growth in 2010 was pushed up. Although the country’s oil demand increased dramatically by 9.6%, its growth rate is still below the expansion rate of its refining capacity and processing volume. In 2010, the supply situation of China’s oil products market was oversupplied for most of the time. In the autumn, the causes of “diesel shortage” can be described as many, but in the final analysis should be the last two years, China’s oil market, diesel demand and supply gradually unbalanced.
