影响抽油井管杆偏磨的因素主要有井斜角、全角变化率、井深轨迹剖面、中和点的位置以及地层的蠕动、油套管的变形、流体性质、井下工况等都会引起和加剧油管杆的偏磨。抽油井管杆偏磨要从油井的开钻开始油井投产之前根据设计软件以及相关的参数要求对下井杆柱组合进行优化设计,从源头上杜绝偏磨现象的发生。其次是使用对油杆扶正器、多功能悬绳器,油井使用防磨旋转井口等工艺技术。
