206例眩晕病人中椎—基底动脉供血不足46例,占22.3％,发病年龄以50～60岁居多。梅尼埃病发病主要在30～40岁。两组病人椎动脉B超及眼震电图检查阳性率具有统计学意义(P值分别<0.005和0.05)。对椎—基底动脉供血不足的诊断提出了临床诊断依据。并就其发病机理和治疗进行分析。
206 cases of vertigo - vertebrobasilar artery insufficiency in 46 cases, accounting for 22.3%, the age of onset to 50 to 60 years of age. Meniere’s disease is mainly in 30 to 40 years old. The positive rates of B ultrasound and electronystagmography in both groups were statistically significant (P <0.005 and 0.05, respectively). The diagnosis of vertebrobasilar insufficiency provides the basis for clinical diagnosis. And its pathogenesis and treatment analysis.
