遗传算法是建立在类似生物进化及遗传规律基础上的全局优化搜索方法。本文简要介绍道传算法的基本原理,并将遗传算法用于紫外光谱数据处理,成功地实现了多元分辨与校正。对于维生素多组分分析,可不经分离直接测定,操作简便,回收率在95.7%~104.2%之间。
Genetic algorithm is based on the biological evolution and genetic laws based on the global optimization search method. This article briefly introduces the basic principle of Daocheng algorithm, and applies genetic algorithm to UV spectrum data processing, successfully achieved multiple resolution and correction. For multi-component vitamin analysis, can be directly measured without isolation, easy to operate, the recovery was between 95.7% ~ 104.2%.
