本文从公务员管理程序中存在的问题出发,论证合理的人事管理程序有利于调动被管理者工作的积极性和创造性,从而提高工作效率。而不合理的管理程序不仅无法调动员工的工作积极性致使工作效率降低,更会对社会正常的运转造成不良的影响。
Based on the existing problems in civil servant management procedure, this paper argues that a reasonable personnel management procedure is conducive to arousing the enthusiasm and creativity of the supervisor in order to improve work efficiency. The unreasonable management procedure not only can not mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff to reduce the work efficiency but also can adversely affect the normal operation of the society.
