用鳖甲粉对裸鼠载人肠癌进行实验性治疗.在给裸鼠接种人肠癌细胞前2周开始按每天16mg/只的剂量混入饲料经口投与,接种35d后肿瘤体积变化与对照组相比差异有显著性(P<0.05),抑瘤率达92.15％,与饮用5 Fu的阳性对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05).来发现鳖甲粉对小鼠产生明显毒性.实验前后白细胞计数与对照组比较差异无显著性.
The experimental treatment of nude mice bearing human colon cancer was carried out with turtle powder. The mice were orally administered with a dose of 16 mg daily for 2 weeks before inoculation of human colon cancer cells in nude mice. Changes in tumor volume after 35 days of inoculation were compared with controls. The difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05), and the tumor inhibition rate was 92.15%. There was no significant difference compared with the positive control group who drank 5 Fu (P>0.05). The difference between the white blood cell count and the control group before and after the experiment was not significant.
