1.要提高干部考察工作的质量必须把评价干部的标准统一到“三个有利于”的用人标准上。一般而言,对一名干部的评价通常有三个标准,即领导的标准、考察人的标准和被考察对象所在单位干部群众的标准。由于上述三种人各自的素质、好恶不同,所处的角度、层次、要求和对被考察对象的了解程度不同,分析认识问题的水平不同,因而对被考察对象自然有不尽相同的评价标准,这是很正常的。但无论出于何种目的和原因造成的三种评价
