本文将50例临床诊断“植物神经功能紊乱”的女性病人进行脑血流图观察分析。并将其中37例住院病人经临床调节神经治疗后的脑血流图的变化加以比较,对脑血流图在协助“植物神经功能紊乱”诊断价值作一初步探讨。本组50例中均为女性患者,其中37名为住院患者,13名为门诊患者,年龄在30~35岁之间,临床诊断为“植物神经功能紊乱”,均排除颅内占位性病变。采用石家庄产台式集成电路—晶体管混合血流图机,采用四电极,直接式测量。结果:①50例100帧图中陡直型波45帧,占45%,三峰型波25帧,占75%,转折型波25帧,占25%,平顶型波5帧,占5%。②波幅:以<0.1Ω或>0.3Ω为异常。100帧图中左侧39帧,右侧37帧在正常范围占76%,<0.1Ω左侧11帧,右侧13帧占24%。③流入时间,以>0.24秒为异常。100帧图均在正常范
In this paper, 50 cases of clinical diagnosis of “autonomic dysfunction” in female patients with cerebral blood flow analysis. The changes of cerebral blood flow in 37 inpatients after clinically-adjusted nerve therapy were compared, and the value of cerebral blood flow map in assisting in the diagnosis of autonomic dysfunction was discussed. The group of 50 patients were female patients, of which 37 were hospitalized patients, 13 were out-patients, aged 30 to 35 years old, the clinical diagnosis of “autonomic dysfunction” were excluded intracranial space-occupying lesions . Shijiazhuang produced desktop integrated circuits - transistor hybrid blood flow chart machine, using four electrodes, direct measurement. Results: ①50 cases of steep waves in 45 frames, accounting for 45% of the 100 frames, 25 frames of the three peaks, accounting for 75%, turning 25 waves, 25%, flat-wave 5, accounting for 5%. ② Volatility: <0.1Ω or> 0.3Ω is abnormal. 39 frames on the left of 100 frames and 37 frames on the right are 76% in the normal range, 11 frames on the left of <0.1Ω and 24% on the right. ③ inflow time,> 0.24 seconds for the exception. 100 frames are normal in the picture
