针对某新型双前桥载货汽车开发过程中发生的转向操作不灵敏、转向回正不良等问题进行分析,应用ADAMS软件建立整车转向系统虚拟样机模型,通过分析一轴、二轴转向梯形及双轴转向协调性,进行转向机构运动学仿真,与理论数据进行比较,分析出影响转向灵敏性及转向轻便性的主要因素并对模型进行优化,寻求合理的优化方案,在优化转向系统相关参数后,通过试验进行验证,转向系统性能得到显著改善。
Aiming at the problems of insensitive steering and poor steering returning during the development of a new double Maebashi truck, the virtual prototype model of the vehicle steering system is established by using ADAMS software.
