目的了解河北省某树脂生产企业职业病危害因素情况,为制定职业病的预防措施提供依据。方法通过职业卫生现场调查和现场检测的方法,检测该企业作业场所职业病危害因素的浓度(强度),分析其职业病危害程度,并对其进行定性和定量评价。结果工作场所中除离心车间(出料时)二氯甲烷浓度超标(超限倍数为12.93,大于允许超限倍数1.5)外,其余场所中粉尘、丙烯酸、二氯甲烷、一氧化氮、二氧化氮、一氧化碳和噪声均符合国家职业接触限值的要求。结论该企业职业病危害因素有化学毒物、噪声和粉尘,用人单位应加强职业卫生管理,做好职业病防护和职业健康监护,以确保劳动者的职业健康。
Objective To understand the situation of occupational hazards in a resin manufacturer in Hebei Province and provide the basis for the prevention of occupational diseases. Methods The concentration (intensity) of occupational hazards in the workplaces of the enterprise was detected by on-the-spot investigation and field test of occupational health. The degree of occupational hazards was analyzed and qualitative and quantitative evaluation was conducted. Results In the workplace, the concentration of dichloromethane in the centrifuge plant (at the time of discharge) exceeded the limit (the over-limit multiple of 12.93 and the allowable over-limit multiple of 1.5), and dust, acrylic acid, methylene chloride, nitric oxide, Nitrogen, carbon monoxide and noise are in line with national occupational exposure limits requirements. Conclusion The occupational hazards of the enterprise include chemical poisons, noise and dust. Employers should strengthen occupational health management, protect occupational diseases and occupational health in order to ensure the occupational health of laborers.
