This article studies the relationship between left ventricular filling and left ventricular systolic function in patients with coronary heart disease. Coronary heart disease group LVEF and 1 / 3FF were significantly lower than the control group, but the 3 / 3FF was significantly higher than the control group. Coronary heart disease group is divided into single branch, double branch and three coronary lesions, three lesion group, although LVEF decreased, but no significant difference compared with the control group; and the three groups 1 / 3FF were lower than the control group, However, there was no significant difference in 1 / 3FF between lesion groups. Hint: ①The systolic function of three groups is not significantly reduced, 1 / 3FF of these three groups are a sensitive and easy to measure indicators of left ventricular diastolic filling function in patients with coronary heart disease. ② The characteristics of left ventricular filling in patients with coronary heart disease are firstly the decrease of early diastolic filling, which reflects the decrease of left ventricular active relaxation and passive compliance, followed by the compensatory increase of late diastolic filling. ③ coronary heart disease in patients with left ventricular systolic dysfunction prior to the existence of left ventricular diastolic filling dysfunction.
