为探讨肾癌组织中增殖细胞核抗原（Proliferatingcellnuclearantigen，PCNA）在肾癌中的表达及其与腔静脉癌栓形成、预后的关系，采用免疫组化方法对47倒无腔静脉癌栓形成肾癌组织及13例有腔静脉癌栓形成肾癌组织进行PCNA单克隆抗体检测。结果表明：所有标本均显示PCNA阳性，肾癌组织PCNA增殖指数与腔静脉癌栓是否形成有显著性差异（P＜0．001）。本结果说明：PCNA的表达对评估肾癌的预后有重要意义。
To investigate the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and its relationship with tumor thrombus formation and prognosis in renal cell carcinoma (RCC), immunohistochemistry And 13 cases of renal cell carcinoma with venous thrombosis were detected by PCNA monoclonal antibody. The results showed that PCNA was positive in all the specimens, and there was a significant difference (P <0.001) between PCNA proliferation index and vena cava tumor thrombus formation in renal cell carcinoma. The results show that: PCNA expression of the prognosis of renal cell carcinoma is of great significance.
