济南市的企业兼并最早始于1982年。截至目前,全市工商企业已有64户兼并83户。从产权转让的方式看,兼并主要有四种形式: 一是出资购买式。这种兼并形式多在不同所有制、不同隶属关系的企业间,按照双方需要、工艺相近或生产要素互补的原则进行。由于没有完备的评估机构,产权价格多采取双方协商作价的办法确定。 The merger of Jinan City began in 1982.
