运用正交试验法,通过对40Cr钢低温淬火的工艺试验,确定该钢较优的低温淬火工艺方案为: 淬火温度:790±10℃; 保温时间:按1.2~1.6分/毫米计算; 淬火介质:采用5~10%盐水; 回火温度;根据图纸硬度要求而选择。经试验得到:低温淬火后回火温度与硬度之间的回归式: (?)=728-0.754T 生产应用表明40Cr钢低温淬火工艺具有:节电、节油、无污染、安全可靠、操作方便,缩短周期、降低炉耗、提高质量、切实可行的优点。
