旅游咨询服务中心是旅游公共信息服务体系中现场信息服务的重要窗口。在《旅游法》出台实施的大背景下,本文通过对旅游咨询服务中心访客满意度模型构建、测评分析,从访客视角出发了解其实际建设情况和存在问题,最终就配套制度完善、同社会公共服务设施建设融合、创新旅游公共服务方式和人才队伍建设等角度对咨询中心乃至整个旅游公共服务设施的政策立法建设完善提出针对性建议。
