对作者已提出的理论风浪频谱的低频部分作了改进,谱的表示式显著简化.除原来使用的渤海观测资料外,增加了黄、东、南海资料以便对文中所提的谱进行更广泛的检验.计算结果与观测值符合良好.与JONSWAP谱作了进一步比较,二者是接近的,但就整体而言,文中的谱与观测的符合程度较JONSWAP谱为高.谱中引入了经过改进的P-δ关系(P,δ分别代表谱尖度因子和有效波陡)后,仅包含有效波高和周期作为参量.对此种形式的谱,峰频率的计算值与观测值是接近的,峰的高度基本上与观测值符合,但由于波高、周期的统计可变性,计算与实测值有一定差异.
