为了应对低价低品质铁矿石原料使用比例增加,入炉料中Al2O3含量上升,导致炼铁炉渣粘度升高,影响炉况顺行的问题,三安公司采取在混匀矿中配入2%~2.5%的菱镁石,将烧结矿MgO含量提高到2%左右,有效解决了炉渣粘度过高的问题,使炼铁成本得到了控制。但实践也表明,配加菱镁石对烧结生产指标有一定负面影响,因此,其配加量应适当控制。
